Shipping and Returns

Our shipping vendors are Fedex and the US Postal Service.

Fedex is the vendor we use for most packages; Fedex requires a physical address and does not ship to a PO box.  We can use the postal service to ship to a PO Box but the shipping costs will be higher than those stated on the website.  Please call us at 866-990-1811 if you wish to ship a larger box to a PO Box.

We make every effort to ship orders out on a timely basis.  In most cases if you order prior to 1:00 PM CST you order will go out that same day.  You will receive a tracking number regarding your order.

The shipping charge is calculated based on the weight of your total order. Our diaper delivery service includes the cost to ship within the continental U.S.  We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii but the prices are significantly higher and we will contact you with any change the shipping rates in those areas.

Welcome kits are mailed out using Fedex Home Delivery or sometimes USPS Priority Mail.  If you need a welcome kit shipped faster please call us to make arrangements to have it shipped via express service.

Although we take special care during packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your package, shipping accidents and damage can occur.  The carrier is ultimately responsible for the damage but we will work with you to get the situation corrected as quickly as possible.

We will ship you out a new shipment immediately and work with you and the carrier for a refund on any damages. If your package arrives to you deformed or damaged please call or email us immediately.

If you received the wrong item because of a mistake on our part, we will promptly correct the error at our expense. 

If you need to return an item for refund please call us and we will work with you to get the item refunded or exchanged. All items must be returned in their original condition.  We can NOT except open packages of diapers for return.
