Our shipping vendors are UPS, and the US Postal Service.
UPS :(the carrier we use for most of our heavier shipments) requires a physical shipping address, therefore, we are not able to process orders to Post Office Boxes (PO Box) except in special circumstances. Please contact us if you are shipping to a PO Box.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner. You can place your order 24 hours a day. We process orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. We will send confirmation to you via email. In general, if an item is listed on our web site it is usually in stock. However, an item might run out of stock at the time you place your order. In such a situation, you will be informed by email with alternative suggestions.
The shipping charge is calculated by the weight of the total order. Shipping charges are subject to modification. We will not bill you for shipping that does not appear on your confirmation statement without prior consent from you.
We do not ship orders internationally. We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii and will contact you with any changes to the shipping rate to these areas.
Although we take special care during packing to ensure the safe arrival of your package, shipping accidents and damage can occur. BabyShowersByMail is not liable for packages damaged or lost in transit.
We regret that we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit. Should the package arrive to you deformed or damaged, please contact the carrier for a refund. If you received the wrong item because of a mistake on our part, we will promptly correct the error at our expense. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, read the section on Damaged or Lost Packages.
Refunds will not be issued unless returned items are in resalable condition. All items must be returned in their original condition. |
