If you purchased a one time baby gift for someone and it needs to be returned please email us at email@example.com or call us at 866-990-1811 to arrange the return and refund. Return must be made within 60 days of purchase and full refund to the original purchase method will be issued within 5 business days of us receiving the items. All items in the gift must be unused and unopened. If you need to return only some items in the gift, please email or call us to discuss the refund amount on individual items.
If you are a diaper delivery customer and you received the wrong brand or size diapers, then call us immediately. We can get the correct item on its way to you and arrange return for the diapers at no cost to you. If baby has outgrown the size you just ordered we can arrange an exchange as long as the box remains unopened.
Once you have opened a case of diapers we cannot exchange them for you. Call us to talk about your options before ordering a big case when baby is close to changing sizes. We can ship you out a mixed case of jumbo packages. Or you should order the next size up and purchase a small package of diapers to get your through to the next stage.
If you received a gift of our diaper delivery service and would like to cancel the service, you must notify us via email or phone call before all the cases of diapers have been shipped. Refunds will be made back to the credit card or paypal account of the gift giver. Refunded prices will be adjusted for the price of the welcome kit sent and adjusted for any diapers and wipes that have been sent.
